We at RBM Beds aim to make the return process as painless as possible. To return your product, you need to send an email to us.

How many Days do I have to Return my Product?

You need to place a return request within the first 14 days after your receipt of the product. Once we’ve received a return request, our customer support team will contact you to complete the return process.

When Will I get My Refund after I returned the Product?

Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 working days. To be eligible for refunds, the product must be in its original packaging.
